“Payment/Payment methods”: How do I pay?

UIt is only possible to pay for the UP’N’CHANGE digiTools using a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express). The payment will be carried out via www.stripe.com.

“Contact person”: Do I have a direct contact person?

Should you have any detailed questions for us, we kindly ask you to send us your query using the contact form. We will do our best to answer as soon as possible (at the latest within 3 working days).

“Data”: Which data are stored?

“Product”: Which product is suited for me?

For each digiTool, you will find information about “what you get” and “who should best use this digiTool”. Please take enough time to carefully read this information and the user references. You can then decide which tool best suits you and has the maximum benefit for you.

The online platform of UP’N’CHANGE provides expertise in a compressed form in the shape of individual digiTools and experTeasers. digiTools are the practical application of knowledge acquired from business, psychology, and systemics. Using digiTools, you can quickly and easily achieve progress yourself.

“Digital Coaching”: What distinguishes UP’N’CHANGE’s digiTools from personal coaching or marketplaces?

In digiTools, we have processed years of personal coaching expertise in a compressed form for you. This is why it is so simple to follow these guides – without any personal contact, whenever you want, wherever you want. This presents an advantage, especially when dealing with delicate topics, or when resources like time or money are scarce. The digiTools offer affordable support for everyone. In a sense, its coaching for the people.

Yet it may well be that, after using one or several digiTools and reading the experTeasers, you want to speak to someone in person. Our advice is that you obtain recommendations from your human resources department or ask around in your circle of friends.

“Discretion”: What kind of access does the customer get (in the case of company orders)?

In the case of digiTools, the customer cannot look into your topics. Nor will they receive any information about when you used one of our tools. The customer can only verify the percentage of their quota that has already been used. In the case of InnoSparker, the customer only receives an aggregated report – provided they ordered the InnoSparker as a project. Only the participating employees will receive their individual results.

What should I do if I want to talk to somebody in person?

“Single uses”: Are these services also suited for private individuals?

Our products are suitable both for private individuals and for business customers and their staff members. Our product range includes both single uses and package products.

“Duration”: How long does it take to use the services/products?

Go through the programme when you have the time and the right atmosphere. Take as much time as you need for the digiTools of UP’N’CHANGE. You can advance very quickly, or allow the entire thing to impact you slowly, both on a rational and on an emotional level.

InnoSparker: You will need approx. 20 minutes to fill out the InnoSparker easyTest.

“Validity”: How long are the product links valid?

The links for most of the products are valid for 365 days.
The links for InnoSparker depend on the time defined for each customer, yet not more than 365 days.

After that, the links expire. There will be no reimbursement of the costs.

“Discount”: Is there a scale of discount?

We offer you product packages with volume discounts. Regularly watch out for special offers we make from time to time.

“Technical problems”: What do I do in case of technical problems?

We have invested a lot of time in development and testing to ensure that all digiTools work with all current common browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). In case something should not function as expected, we kindly ask you to first try to use a different browser.

What do I do when my link expires?

The links for the Conflict-Facilitator or the Goal-Finder are valid for 365 days.

“Customer account, invoice, order”: Where do I have access to my orders and invoices?

customer account will be automatically created for you after you place your first order. You have access to this account any time using this link.

Is coaching possible without a physical person?

Due to our year-long personal experience in coaching, we know of many people who need and want support but never seek it, for various reasons. Partly because they have no time or money, because they would have to travel far to receive assistance, did not want to rush to somewhere, were ashamed to open up to someone, or did not want anybody to know that they resorted to coaching.

We developed UP’N’CHANGE for all these people. Our experience so far has shown that this approach works extremely well. In a first stage, the digiTools are the ideal solution for making progress on selected issues. If, at a later stage, somebody needs to speak with someone in person, we recommend further personal support.
